If you want a great sit down Chinese experience on Staten Island, check out Jade Island near the mall. The food was good and I still left a 20% tip because I know these are tough times but. Then the order came a few minutes later and was wrong. If I was not in a hurry, and with my daughter who wanted Chinese, I would have walked out. My 8 year old daughter asked him what kind of drinks they have, he waved in the direction of the bar and said he would come back. His attitude is very unpleasant and when you ask any questions he is very dismissive. He was working alone, and pretty busy, but I observed him great each table with the same level of disrespect.
I went on a Thursday night and there were several other tables. I read other reviews and they are correct, at least one of their waiters are incredibly rude.
Not amazing but good, I would consider ordering takeout from here if Empire Szechuan was not down the block.
